There are days like today when, even though we may have just visited Walt Disney World a couple of months ago, I really get the urge to pack up the car and drive for 15 hours straight, even if it's only to spend a few minutes inside one of its parks. Ok, so that's not happening today so the next best thing? Head to my Pictures tab in Windows and start flipping through my WDW pics.
Having the opportunity to explore the New Fantasyland section of Magic Kingdom several times now, I only fall more and more in love with it with each visit. This image caught my eye on my family's last visit in April and caught my eye again this morning when looking though my photo folders.
Disney has managed to seamlessly integrate the New Fantasyland expansion with the older, original area and does so in only the way that Disney Imagineers can. Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid ride and its interactive queue are in the area called Fantasyland Forest along with the popular experience and show Enchanted Tales with Belle.
So, next time you're in line for the Little Mermaid ride, make sure you look up and really check out its details. You can bet I'll be doing the same!
