The Beauty of Nature: Tree Fungi at Ash Cave in Hocking Hills, Ohio

During a morning hike through Ash Cave in the Hocking Hills area of Ohio, I couldn't help but stop and take a photo of the fungi inhabiting a rotted tree stump. Ok, so I had Mr. Locke take a photo using the macro setting on our Nikon camera, but I definitely showed him exactly what I wanted.

Compliments of recent rain, the drops were still hanging from the fungus and it looked so pretty. There's so much beauty in nature, after all.

Do you love taking nature photos? What is your favorite camera setting?

Happy Travels!
